- This fall, our KPD officers and armed guards participated in advanced training sessions to enhance campus security and provided important awareness programs for parents on emerging drug trends and human trafficking prevention. Additionally, they have continued to partner with local agencies, including Precinct 4 Constables, the Harris County Sheriff's Office, and the ongoing support of the FBI.
- We introduced three new Klein YOUniversity courses focused on safety: Standard Safety Response Protocol, vaping awareness, and human trafficking prevention.
- Our Chief of Police and Chief of Schools provided their Quarter 2 update on safety at the December Board meeting, discussing how these proactive measures are part of our ongoing commitment to creating a safe and informed community. You can view their report here (2:10:15 - 2:17:22).
